BlueHost
With plans starting at $5.12/month, BlueHost’s pricing remains competitive for their quality of service, but they’re not the cheapest out there.
DreamHost
With plans starting at $2.59/month (USD), DreamHost is our top recommendation for cheap web hosting (if you don’t need Canadian servers).

WordPress’ official theme library. WordPress has a thorough review process for Themes they include, so you know they’re secure.
Envato Market
If you’re looking for a premium (paid) theme, Envato Market is your go-to library. If you subscribe to their newsletter you’ll get monthly freebies.
